In this remote role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health concerns, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging interactive techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and continuity of services for clients.
• Involve clients' families in their recovery process through education and support, creating a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain meticulous records of client notes, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

This role primarily focuses on clients who are in the throes of substance abuse but also addresses broader mental health challenges that often accompany addiction. You will work with a diverse clientele from different backgrounds, each with unique struggles and stories, offering you a chance to witness profound transformations as individuals reclaim their lives.

• A valid, active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Prior experience working in a substance abuse treatment center or community health setting is highly desirable.

• Experience running group therapy sessions and facilitating workshops on coping strategies and relapse prevention.
