Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Overall responsibility for all security officers assigned to your chain of command
  • Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for On-Site interviews
  • Provide training and guidance to security officers
  • Identify suitable security officers for specific sites
  • Oversee evaluation processes for security officers and supervisors
  • Implement motivational and disciplinary actions
  • Visit security officers on sites regularly to address any arising issues
  • Develop training regimens and site orders for each site
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of PalAmerican Security property
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment strategies
  • Ensure scheduling and payroll accuracy
  • Provide training at designated post locations
  • Perform other assigned duties as directed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of managing experience in a service organization
  • Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is desired
  • Proficiency in scheduling, operations, and employee management
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
