Industrial Security Training Senior Manager

The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Training Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) organization in Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; or Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to lead the development and management of ECS University within ECS Operations Support. This critical role will drive the design and execution of comprehensive onboarding and training programs that support the growth, skill development, and operational excellence of all ECS disciplines. The Training Manager will oversee specialized training tracks, including cybersecurity, industrial security/program, and management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of ECS University training programs

  • Develop and manage structured onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees across all ECS disciplines

  • Design specialized training tracks tailored to cyber, industrial/program, and management roles, incorporating regulatory compliance requirements

  • Utilize Degreed and other existing tools to optimize training delivery and resource utilization

  • Integrate training programs with the Technical Data Management System (TDMS) to track progress, completion, and effectiveness

  • Update and maintain onboarding and training checklists and documentation

  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content

  • Build and lead a dedicated training team, including Industrial Individual Contributors (ICs)

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, including Enterprise Classified Security University (ECSU) planning sessions, to establish project plan

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience building and developing technical trainings, educational materials, and delivery methods

  • 10+ years of experience delivering training and development activities

  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security

  • 5+ years of experience with instruction in a professional training environment utilizing adult learning principles

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience with Degreed, TDMS, and compliance standards such as DFARS
