Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Security Supervisor to join our team at an exclusive condominium facility. As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and their property. 
Previous experience in a concierge role is a plus, as it will contribute to delivering a personalized and customer-centric approach to security. Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the security team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment within the condominium facility.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises, including interior and exterior areas, to identify and address security risks or breaches.
Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems to detect and respond to security incidents or suspicious activities promptly.
Assist with resident and visitor inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
Coordinate with property management, concierge staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of security measures.
Investigate security incidents, accidents, or violations, and prepare accurate and detailed reports on findings and recommended actions.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging security trends, and relevant technologies to continuously improve security operations.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among the security team, ensuring residents' needs are met with professionalism and care.
Act as a point of contact for local law enforcement agencies and emergency services, collaborating effectively to manage incidents or emergencies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in security supervision or a related role, preferably in a condominium facility or similar environment.
Previous experience in a concierge role is a plus, as it contributes to an understanding of personalized service and resident satisfaction.
Solid knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a security team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
Sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with security technology and systems, such as access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.

First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
