Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Security Service Technician to join integration business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security system issues
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex service calls
  • Support access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation
  • Ensure high first-time resolution rates and minimal system downtime
  • Provide professional customer communication and support
  • Assist and support other technicians as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 Years of Experience working in similar technical role
  • Advanced experience with electronic security systems

  • Experience supporting multi-platform access control and video systems

  • Associates degree
  • Industry certification(s)
  • Basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, strong sense of customer service
  • Experience using standard electrical test equipment or specialty test equipment used with network systems, AV equipment, Healthcare systems, or Security equipment
Salary: $25-40 per hour, depending on experience.
