Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, professional unarmed security officer for a seasonal pool post in Dallas. This is a stationary post requiring a visible, professional presence throughout each shift. The right candidate is personable, confident enforcing community rules, and comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Control access to the pool area and verify residency prior to entry
  • Enforce posted pool rules and community policies in a firm, professional, and respectful manner
  • Monitor the pool deck for safety concerns, disturbances, or policy violations
  • De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
  • Document incidents and submit shift reports as required
  • Communicate with property management as needed

Requirements

  • Active Texas DPS Security Officer license (required — Chapter 1702)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with residents courteously
  • Reliable transportation — must be able to report on time for every scheduled shift
  • Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather conditions
  • Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred
