Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment
Manager Notes for this role:
I'm looking for a Mid-Level EIT Project Manager to support my Cybersecurity projects - Preferred Attributes:
• Works Eastern Standard Time (or must align with EST hours)
• Some exposure to Security Projects, they need to at least be able to understand the technical IT conversation
• Clear and concise communication - both written and verbal
• Comfortable with heavy documentation (status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, etc.)
• Strong process and standards orientation; thrives in structured environments
• Proactive in identifying risks/issues and escalating appropriately (At-Risk and off-track communication are a must)
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills (clear agendas, time management, decision capture, and action items)
• Assertive and able to drive the team forward through ambiguity without getting stuck or wasting weeks just trying to set up meetings
• Demonstrates professional courtesy in remote work environment (punctuality, respectful tone, camera etiquette)
• Accountable for assigned tasks; must be able to run weekly project and financial reports (training will be provided)
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively (typically our PMs run at least 3-5 projects, evaluated through capacity planning)
• Tools and methods can be taught on the job; we use PPM and ADO
• Education and certifications are not required; in my experience, those do not prove capability

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required. Business Analyst background is a plus.
• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently, is required.

• Assist with and track proposal / project activities and progress, which may include information gathering and preparing project documentation
• Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools
• Facilitate meeting setup, take meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solution opportunities
