Job DescriptionTEKsystems is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the project resources to ensure compliance and alignment with key governance priorities and objectives, as well as ensuring the service aligns with governance expectations. Driving governance activities with familiarity around security controls and access management.

• Managing the process and resources by which the service, process, policies and controls are documented.

• Directing the activities of resources to increase the quality and productivity of the service through measurement and monitoring of key metrics -- driving quality improvement by refining service metrics, quality dashboards and analytics;

• Leading the knowledge management process to support continuing quality improvement.

• Managing the service quality process with an eye toward lifecycle service management.

• Leading the communication, promotion and internal marketing activities while helping tracking achievement toward growth objectives such as adoption rates by business unit, division or function.

• Demonstrating service effectiveness by gauging customer satisfaction, collecting various service statistics and capturing ongoing value to both internal customers and stakeholders.

• Ensuring maintenance of accurate records and documenting all service activities and discussions.
