- Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships.
- Educate athletes on brand building, social media strategy, reputation management, and long-term career planning.
- Collaborate with Business Affairs to ensure compliance with NIL regulations and contractual requirements.
- Consistently achieve individual revenue goals, and roster growth targets.
- Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations.
- Stay informed on evolving NIL legislation and industry best practices.
Experience
Required
- 2+ years in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL.
