Job Description Security Operations Dispatcher / Security Command Center Specialist Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: Contract Overview Seeking a Security Operations Dispatcher / Security Command Center Specialist to support enterprise physical security operations within a large corporate environment. This role is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and facilities through a centralized security operations center. The ideal candidate has experience in dispatch operations, alarm monitoring, security operations centers, emergency communications, public safety, corporate security, or command center environments and can effectively manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities Monitor enterprise security systems and facilities using multiple security platforms Receive, assess, prioritize, and dispatch security incidents Coordinate response efforts with Security Officers, leadership teams, and external emergency responders Monitor access control systems, alarm systems, video surveillance platforms, and dispatch systems Track incidents from initiation through resolution Escalate critical security events to appropriate stakeholders Document incidents and maintain accurate reporting records Coordinate communications during security events and emergencies Support business continuity and emergency response activities Monitor intelligence sources and security alerts affecting employees, facilities, and operations Provide real-time operational support within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Required Qualifications 2+ years of security operations, dispatch, emergency communications, command center, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple technology platforms Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and incident documentation skills Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately Preferred Experience Security Operations Center (SOC) experience Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience Corporate Security Operations experience Public Safety Dispatch experience Emergency Communications experience 911 Dispatch experience Law Enforcement Dispatch experience Emergency Management experience Physical Security Operations experience Access Control System experience Alarm Monitoring experience Video Surveillance Monitoring experience Incident Management experience Security Command Center experience Technology Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Access Control Systems Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Alarm Monitoring Systems Video Management Systems (VMS) CCTV Monitoring Incident Reporting Platforms Radio Dispatch Consoles Security Information Management Systems Emergency Notification Systems
