Schedule: Overnight Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Armed Critical Infrastructure Security Officer to protect a high-security facility in the Tulsa area during overnight operations. This position plays an essential role in safeguarding personnel, facilities, equipment, and other critical assets through proactive patrols, access control, surveillance monitoring, and professional incident response.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, dependable, and capable of exercising sound judgment while working independently in a security-sensitive environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Facility Protection
  • Conduct scheduled foot and vehicle patrols throughout assigned property.
  • Inspect buildings, perimeter fencing, gates, parking areas, and restricted locations.
  • Maintain a visible security presence to discourage unauthorized activity.
  • Help protect sensitive areas, equipment, and other valuable assets.
Access Control
  • Verify identification and authorization before permitting entry.
  • Issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Monitor entry and exit points to ensure compliance with site procedures.
  • Report unauthorized access attempts immediately.
Security Monitoring
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and electronic access control equipment.
  • Identify suspicious activity, safety concerns, or operational irregularities.
  • Report security risks and facility concern promptly.
  • Maintain awareness of changing site conditions throughout the shift.
Incident Response
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and suspicious activity.

  • Complete all required reports before the conclusion of each shift.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Active Oklahoma Armed Security License (Guard Card) required.
  • Personal firearm meeting all company and state requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight assignments.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Successful completion of all required background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience protecting critical infrastructure or other high-security facilities.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and access control operations.
  • Experience operating CCTV, alarm, and electronic security systems.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting platforms such as TrackTik, Belfry, or similar software.
