Job Summary:
The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage and develop security staff. The Security Manager must demonstrate practical decision-making skills in both emergency and non-emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires flexibility and availability to provide support to the on-site security team 24/7 as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate daily security operations, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate and oversee response to incidents, emergencies, and investigations.
