The Security Manager directs daily safety and loss prevention operations at our premier oceanfront resort. You will supervise the in-house security team, manage 24/7 property patrols, and serve as the lead liaison for emergency response, guest relations, and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor security staff.
  • Safety & Patrols: Oversee routine property checks and maintain a visible, welcoming security presence across the resort grounds and beach access points.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a primary escalation point for medical calls, property alarms, and urgent safety situations.
  • Investigations & Reporting: Lead detailed internal inquiries and write objective, comprehensive incident reports.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure execution of safety standards, routine equipment checks, and state regulatory compliance


  • License/Certifications: Active State of Hawaii Guard Card and valid driver's license. Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or luxury residential properties.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written reporting skills; ability to handle sensitive owner and guest issues with strict confidentiality.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to walk, stand, or patrol resort grounds across flexible shifts when required.
