You Are

A Security and Risk professional developing and delivering solutions that protect SAP systems and data by establishing policies, practices, and tools that secure the ERP/SAP landscape. SAP Platform Security professionals develop and deliver solutions - including design and implementation of SAP Application role-based security, SAP GRC solutions, and SAP vulnerability management with compliance / audit experiences.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with the direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Understand delivery methodologies and ability to execute. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Manages small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

The Work (Role Responsibility):

Ability to oversee and step in to configure security and associated solutions in SAP S/4 focused on application security, SAP GRC, and SAP vulnerability management to meet unique client security requirements.

Lead engagement or workstream planning and verify that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.

Ability to step into a lead role such as take responsibility for small components of engagements or a workstream.

Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

Communicate expectations and provide direction to the client and engagement team.

Actively plan engagements, align deliverable expectations, contribute to engagement planning and verify that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.

Demonstrate knowledge an industry (e.g oil and gas) or technical specialty niche (e.g. BTP, SAP GRC process controls)

Demonstrate experience 1) independently completing SAP S4 implemention complex security-related tasks (ex. An upgrade to S/4HANA); 2) making major contributions in assuring deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives and; 3) taking on tasks of increased complexity

Ability to take a broad view of the position and take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others to verify all aspects of a task are addressed

Ability to independently create written deliverables and participate in presentations

Ability to recognize, qualify and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work

Strong understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies, SAP GRC Access or Process controls, and SAP vulnerability management.

Here's What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAPS/4 environments and/or SAP cloud environments

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating technical documentation

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 Hana, BTP security, Fiori & Hana DB and or SAP SaaS applications security experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Bonus with these skills and experiences (Preferred)

  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, BTP, SAP IAG/IAS security experience

  • Prior experience working in a consultant/advisory capacity. Big Four experience preferred

  • Knowledge of internal controls, with relation to SAP Security and SAP Access/Process Controls

  • Experience with SAP data protection solutions such as NextLabs and / or SAP vulnerability tools such as Security Bridge, Onapsis and or Identity and Access Management integrations.

  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to work in an environment fostering teaming

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
