As a Security Supervisor at The Hilton Milwaukee, you will assist the Director of Security in maintaining safety and security across the property. You will provide leadership to security officers while supporting programs and procedures that protect people, property, and assets in alignment with Hilton Milwaukee with high standards of service and care.

This extensive transformation elevated our guest rooms, event spaces, and grand lobby to reflect a new era of modern elegance. Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, The Hilton Milwaukee is not only the city’s largest hotel but also a historic gem.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Investigate and report all security-related incidents.

  • Communicate important information to the Director of Security.

  • Develop and maintain programs that enhance hotel safety and security.

  • Prepare detailed written reports and documentation.

  • Ensure proper staffing levels for coverage across shifts.

  • Provide break coverage for Parking Ramp, Shipping & Receiving, and Control areas.

  • Monitor cameras and patrol hotel premises.

  • Issue vendor and contractor passes, keys, and other access credentials.

  • Verify associates’ personal items and Hilton Milwaukee ID badges.

  • Manage lost and found duties.

  • Supervise security officers and assist in daily responsibilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in security, hospitality, or related fields preferred.

  • Ability to supervise hourly associates across Security, Parking, and Shipping & Receiving.

  • Strong documentation and incident reporting skills.

  • Ability to patrol the property and interact with guests in a professional, service-oriented manner.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
