Product Delivery Analyst - Collateral Management & Securities Finance Technology
Manulife is seeking a highly motivated Product Delivery Analyst to join our Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) technology team. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and capital markets, driving strategic initiatives across Collateral Management, Derivatives, Repo, and Securities Lending platforms.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the product delivery team, you will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance collateral and securities finance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for collateral, repo, securities lending, and derivatives initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into high-quality user stories, functional requirements, workflow diagrams, and product specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and quality engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support product roadmaps, backlog management, PI planning, and Agile delivery processes using Jira and Confluence.
  • Perform workflow analysis and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and digital solutions.
  • Lead functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities.
  • Partner with front office, operations, and technology teams to streamline reporting, data management, and operational processes.
  • Analyze data using SQL and Power BI to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across business teams, technology partners, vendors, and offshore/onshore stakeholders.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution efforts.
  • Leverage emerging AI-enabled productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Jira Rovo, Confluence AI, and prompt engineering techniques to improve delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • Strong experience within Collateral Management, Derivatives, Repo, and Securities Lending environments.
  • Solid understanding of Securities Finance operations and technology platforms.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions.
  • Hands-on experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis and validation.
  • Experience supporting testing activities, including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Knowledge of upstream/downstream system integrations and data flows.
  • Familiarity with Swift messaging and financial market workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and process digitization initiatives.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and modern AI-assisted delivery tools.
  • Exposure to investment management, capital markets, or asset management environments.

Salary range is expected to be between
$90,160.00 USD - $167,440.00 USD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
