Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Emergency Dispatcher with experience in camera monitoring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency dispatching and proven expertise in utilizing surveillance systems to enhance situational awareness and response efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency Dispatch: Receive and process emergency calls, dispatch appropriate emergency services, and provide critical information to field personnel.
- Camera Monitoring: Operate and monitor surveillance cameras, analyze video feeds to support real-time decision-making, and identify and report suspicious activities or incidents.
- Communication: Maintain clear and accurate communication with emergency responders, law enforcement, and other relevant personnel to ensure coordinated and effective responses.
