Job description

One Federal Solution is seeking a Security Assistant I to provide administrative and security support within a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) environment.

The Security Assistant I will support SCI material accountability, personnel and visit management, facility access, classified meetings and video teleconferences, and personnel security documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • SCI Material Control & Accountability: Maintain 100% accountability for all SCI material, preparing it for correspondence and approved transmission via the Defense Courier Service (DEFCOS).
  • SCI Personnel & Visit Management: Process SCI-level visit requests using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the JWICS network.
  • SCI Facility & Meeting Coordination: Manage physical access to TS/SCI spaces and coordinate all TS/SCI level meetings and video teleconferences (VTCs).
  • Personnel Security Support: Review Standard Form 86 (SF 86) submissions for completeness and accuracy prior to official submission.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience preparing classified correspondence.
  • Experience exercising accountability for all SCI material at the facility.
  • Experience processing visit requests for SCI-level meetings using DISS and the JWICS network.
  • Experience preparing and arranging TS/SCI level meetings and video teleconferences.
  • Experience reviewing submissions of Standard Form 86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions.
Education & Experience

At least two (2) years of experience working in an administrative support role within a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) environment.

Security Clearance

TS/SCI (Current or ability to obtain prior to award. A completed Tier 5 (T5) investigation or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) within the past five (5) years is required.)
