Job Summary
DSI Security Services is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations for a designated client site located in the Elwood, IL area.
This position is primarily a day shift role, Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as operational needs arise.
Pay Rate $23.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
Account & Site Management
  • Oversee day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and site leadership
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and post coverage
  • Provide coverage for open posts as needed
  • Review daily activity and incident reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct routine site inspections and audits
  • Maintain familiarity with client-specific SOPs and post instructions
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, and site supplies
Personnel Management
  • Interview, hire, and train security personnel
  • Manage scheduling to ensure coverage while controlling overtime
  • Enforce DSI policies, Code of Ethics, and Uniform Standards
  • Support employee retention and engagement efforts
  • Communicate regularly with site supervisors and officers
  • Conduct performance evaluations and corrective action when necessary
  • Monitor completion of client-required training and certifications

Qualifications
  • Account management or site leadership experience required
  • Contract security experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Customer-service focused with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements
