Job description

Security Account Manager

United Security is looking to bring on a Security Account Manager to manage a high luxury residential building in White Plains, NY. The Security Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and directing all aspects of the contract, from people management, scheduling, and client relations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in law enforcement is required
  • 5 years of experience as an Account Manager / Site Supervisor / Security Manager
  • Experience in residential, hospitality, or high-profile client-facing environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing reports, scheduling systems, and operational metrics
  • Must be hands-on, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • 24/7 accountability for the site; on-call availability required
  • Ensure compliance with all site post orders and company standards
  • Maintain consistent service quality aligned with Property Management expectations
  • Ability to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and improve operations
  • Strong hospitality mindset an absolute must / customer service

Salary: $85,000 annually
