Investment Operations - Trade & Cash Ops Associate - SF Bay Area - Hybrid 

A well-established endowment fund located in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Trade Operations Analyst. This position reports to the Senior Associate of Trade Operations and will be responsible for overseeing transactions and cash movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Generate daily cash forecasts for asset allocation reporting.
  • Process and authorize fund movements, including internal cash transfers, wire setup, and investment funding.
  • Manage securities transactions, including complex settlements and reconciliations.
  • Track investment approvals and activities.
  •  Ensure accurate records and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on transaction details.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and custodians.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with public & private assets.
  • Experience with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of the securities industry.
  • Ability to prepare materials and clearly communicate information to internal and external audiences.
