Schedule Details
Our Security Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This position is currently scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with a shift of 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
Please note that scheduled days and hours are subject to change based on operational needs, including coverage for weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
  • Patrol resort property and identify/report safety or security concerns.
  • Operate and monitor security systems, radios, AEDs, PPE, and key-control devices.
  • Maintain accurate logs for keys, badges, parking passes, and lost-and-found items.
  • Provide professional, service-oriented support to guests and team members.
  • Conduct preliminary incident investigations and complete required documentation.
  • Assign schedules, posts, and daily duties for Security Officers.
  • Review incident reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Lead shift briefings and support security training sessions.
  • Assist the Director of Security with safety, security, and emergency preparedness training.
  • Prepare incident and injury reports for Risk Management, HR, and Resort Management.
  • Assist with trespassing issues, disturbances, and emergency response situations.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information at all times.
  • Inspect resort vehicles/equipment and report deficiencies.
  • Escort team members, vendors, and contractors through restricted areas.
  • Perform key and safe assists and serve as a witness for cash drops.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of security experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid Guard Card and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies, de-escalate situations, and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Associate degree or higher.
