  • Lead physical security systems and technology standards (i.e. access control, CCTV, alarms, monitoring), including system deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with the IT and Facilities teams to manage vendors, track performance, and ensure SLA adherence; support technical requirements for new office builds and renovations.
  • Develop and maintain global SOPs, site procedures, and escalation playbooks; drive adoption and compliance across offices.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs for employees and key stakeholders; support drills and exercises to enhance preparedness.
  • Support day-to-day security operations across global offices, including site programs, guard force oversight, and vendor management (i.e. onboarding, performance reviews, contract support).
  • Conduct physical security assessments, audits, and remediation tracking across locations.
  • Plan and coordinate security for firm events, offsites, and VIP visits, including risk assessments and on-site coverage as needed.
  • Support travel safety and executive protection efforts, including high-risk travel coordination, vendor engagement, and itinerary-based risk assessments.
  • Serve as a responder during security incidents and emergencies; coordinate communications, escalation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain emergency communication protocols, templates, and contact lists; support investigations, after-action reviews, and remediation follow-up.
  • Contribute to business resilience and continuity efforts, including playbooks, business impact assessments, risk evaluations, and continuity exercises, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of progressive experience in corporate safety, physical security, or workplace security operations
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience supporting business resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or emergency preparedness programs (i.e. plan development, exercises, governance rhythms)
  • Demonstrated expertise in physical access control systems and security technologies
  • Proven ability to develop and enforce standards, procedures, and operating documentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with regional leadership
  • Strong operational judgment and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Professional certifications such as CPP, APP, or CBCP are preferred
  • Experience in financial services, FinTech, or technology environments is a plus
