Established (40+ Years) and Growing Law Firm Seeking Commercial and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, Texas! (Hybrid Flexibility)
 
An established firm based in Dallas, Texas with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Commercial and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work environment. This opportunity focuses on Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Securities Litigation, FINRA Arbitration, AAA Arbitration, and Complex Financial Services Disputes, representing clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters while delivering strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in Texas
  • 3-10 years of commercial or business litigation experience
  • Experience with securities litigation and arbitration preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Texas law and federal and state rules of procedure and evidence
  • Understanding of or willingness to develop expertise in FINRA-related litigation and arbitration
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills
 
Responsibilities
  • Handle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts and arbitration forums including FINRA and AAA
  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation-related filings
  • Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on complex litigation strategies
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
  • Provide practical and strategic counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing litigation team environment
