Job Summary

Maintain and coordinate testing schedules for multiple testing vendors across all campus testing locations.
Oversee testing operations across multiple testing vendors, including entrance exams for health occupations programs, High School Equivalency (HSE) testing, and industry-recognized certification exams.
Ensure a secure, quiet, and professional testing environment that supports compliance with testing vendor standards and promotes a positive testing experience.
Manage and maintain the RegisterBlast scheduling platform, including test scheduling, reporting, student registration support, and related administrative functions.
Obtain and maintain certification and re-certification status with all assigned testing vendors in accordance with vendor policies and requirements.
Participate in required training, webinars, and professional development activities to remain current on testing vendor procedures, technology updates, and compliance standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with local industry when necessary for testing purposes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Workforce Development/Campus Coordinator and the Vice President of Workforce Development.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
A minimum of three years of experience in customer service or educational environment.
