We are looking for an experienced personal injury legal assistant to support our busy attorneys and paralegals at our law firm. You'll be in charge of managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and travel, and informing our legal team of looming deadlines. You'll also order medical and billing records and submit paperwork electronically in state and federal courts. This role will conduct further legal research as attorneys and paralegals desire. Responsibilities
• Schedule team meetings and appointments, such as depositions, make travel arrangements, and coordinate with event vendors

• Submit documents electronically in both state and federal court, and request billing and medical records
• Answer phones, communicate with opposing attorney offices, take dictation, respond to emails, and remind the team of deadlines
Qualifications
• Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products
• Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience in personal injury law firm performing administrative tasks
