Job description

Seaman USD #345 has an opening for a Substitute Secretary. Candidate must have a high school diploma. Candidate will assist administration and faculty in providing support to all students.

Job duties will vary upon location and may include answering phones, assisting with attendance, data entry, copying, etc.

Hours for substituting will vary:

Elementary - approximately 8:45 a.m. -3:45 p.m.

Secondary - approximately 7:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Both will include a 30 minute lunch break.

Positions can be for 1/2 day or full days.
