Bridge Tronic Global (BTG) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator & Office Manager to join our growing team. This unique role combines office administration with data support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-focused and computer-based work.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Asset Coordination

  • Review, research, and organize equipment information from multiple sources.
  • Interpret technical equipment descriptions and enter information into company databases.
  • Standardize equipment records into company formatting requirements.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of asset data.
  • Organize and prepare equipment photos and videos for database and website use.
  • Use Excel to review, clean, and manage information.
  • Support internal media projects as needed.

Office Management

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Purchase and stock weekly food, beverages, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate company events, team lunches, and employee activities.
  • Manage office inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
