Our mission is to help individuals and small businesses rebuild and thrive. Overview The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the primary partner for both clients and sales representatives.

You will ensure clients achieve their goals, maximize the value of our services, and support sales reps in onboarding, performance, and coaching. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for sales representatives, supporting their daily activities and performance.

Guide both sales reps and clients through onboarding and adoption of company services as needed; initially hands-on when building the team, with ongoing support as reps become consistent and experienced. Monitor and oversee the performance of sales representatives, including tracking KPIs, sales metrics, and client engagement. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to reps, ensuring reports and updates are submitted to HR.

Resolve client or rep issues by coordinating with internal teams. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure client and rep success. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track client satisfaction.

Collaborate with leadership to improve onboarding processes, workflows, and overall team performance. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Customer-focused with a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to analyze client and rep KPIs and provide actionable recommendations. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and reps simultaneously. Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Customer Success, Project Management) are a plus. Experience Requirements 2+ years in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles. Proven track record of managing client relationships and supporting team performance.

Commission-Based Start: All sales reps are commission-only. As the Client Success Manager, you will also be commission-based initially while building, coaching, and supporting your team. Transition to Salary: Once the sales reps perform consistently for a rolling three months and meet sales targets, you will transition to a full-time salary as a CSM, with a range of $65,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience).
