What is Second Chance Employment?

Second Chance Employment refers to job opportunities specifically offered to individuals who have criminal records or other barriers to employment, such as past incarceration. These jobs aim to help people reintegrate into the workforce and society by providing them with fair employment opportunities. Many companies and organizations offer second chance programs to support diversity, reduce recidivism, and give people a fresh start.
