Redeploy / Second Chance Therapist
Location: LaSalle County
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: 53,000+ (Based off experience)

Position Overview

Express is seeking a compassionate and motivated Redeploy / Second Chance Therapist to support at-risk youth and families in LaSalle County. This position will provide counseling, case planning, advocacy, and support services while working closely with families, youth, and community partners to create positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of youth and families.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Maintain timely and accurate case documentation.
  • Coordinate intakes, progress meetings, and case staffings.
  • Connect families with community resources and support programs.
  • Advocate for youth and families to ensure proper services are provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, courts, caseworkers, and outside agencies.
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required.
  • Experience working with youth, adolescents, and families preferred.
  • Background in counseling, therapy, or behavioral health services.
