Team Members are responsible for creating a positive shopping experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service. This role assists customers with merchandise questions, supports purchases, maintains organized store displays, and helps ensure the sales floor is welcoming and well-stocked. Team Members also support daily store operations, including merchandise replenishment and other tasks that help the store meet customer needs.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting shoppers with product questions and purchases.
• Greet and acknowledge customers on the sales floor.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Replenish merchandise to support store inventory needs.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving and organizing shipments.
• Support seasonal promotions, sales events, and store projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment while following company policies and safety guidelines.

• At least 1 year of retail experience required.
• Knowledge of arts and crafts preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist customers with product selection and merchandise questions.
• Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to support store operations.
