Position Overview

The Shift Supervisor oversees daily shop operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient production, outstanding customer service, food safety compliance, and team performance. The supervisor works closely with store leadership to maintain Krispy Kreme's operational and quality standards.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York 10314.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day shop operations during assigned shifts.
  • Manage the flow of service to support safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
  • Help build a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
  • Assist with scheduling activities.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members.
  • Support training efforts for team members.
  • Assist with shop tours.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of shift supervisory experience required.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Cash handling and POS system proficiency.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
