Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring TNCC and CPI certification with night shift hours and floating to a second ED location.

  • Requires coverage for major and minor holidays per unit schedule
  • Ating required to Brookside ED
Requirements
  • Active active MO or compact RN license required
  • BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • TNCC certification required for ED placement
  • CPI certification required for ED units
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in Emergency Dept specialty required
  • De-escalation course completion required
  • No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
  • Two professional references required for MO placement
Additional Information
  • Provide emergency care across Rapid, Main, and POD 3 (psych safe) treatment areas
  • Work within a collaborative ED team including day and night shift RNs
  • Must adhere to POD 3 unit-specific policies and guidelines
  • Navy blue scrub attire required per unit dress code
  • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
  • First-time travelers may be considered
