About the Role:
ABC Parking Lot Services LLC is looking for a skilled Roller Operator to join our hardworking crew in Pontiac, MI! This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering smooth, high-quality paving results for customers across the region. If you love working outdoors and operating heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Operate vibratory or static rollers to compact asphalt and base materials on parking lots and paved surfaces
  • Work alongside paving crews to ensure proper compaction density and smooth surface finishes
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on roller equipment
  • Follow job site safety protocols and traffic control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and flaggers to coordinate paving operations
  • Maintain awareness of grade, slope, and surface quality during compaction passes
  • Keep equipment clean and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Prior experience operating a roller, paver
  • Basic understanding of asphalt compaction techniques and paving operations
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
