$33.46-$34.04/hour RN, full-time or part-time, at The Lutheran Home Skilled Nursing in Arlington Heights, IL. $45.00/hour available with Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB). PRN/on-call also available at $43.00/hour + shift differentials.
The Lutheran Home is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, with full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call schedules available.
What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor resident conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
What You'll Need:
Required:
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long term care
Preferred:
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Pay & Compensation
Compensation varies based on experience, employment status, and benefit election:
  • Benefit-Eligible Full-Time & Part-Time: $33.46-$34.04/hour, based on years of experience
  • Full-Time - Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB): $45.00/hour
  • PRN/On-Call/Seasonal (4+ shifts): $43.00/hour + shift differentials
Additional shift differentials may apply based on scheduled shift.
