Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$26.75-$37.00/hour | Wittenberg Village

Overview
All team members promote the Ministry, Mission and Core Values of Lutheran Life Communities (LLC) by demonstrating professional and ethical work practices while fostering excellence in hospitality and customer service. What You'll Do
  • Monitor and record resident vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.)
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support residents with ADLs and collaborate with the care team
  • Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and vendors
  • Assist with care planning and follow-up on resident needs
  • Support staff training and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and recognize changes in condition

Required Qualifications
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • At least 1 year of senior living or healthcare experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in senior living or assisted living
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience with electronic health records
