Job Summary:

Our Temporary Production Associates are Customer Obsessed and strive to exceed customer expectations with every order. Production Associates support manufacturing processes by completing the following tasks: reviewing the Manufacturing Order for specific product requirements; inspecting parts and materials prior to and during use to ensure quality of parts and final products, implementing the best practices in manufacturing processes while producing and packaging the product and preparing orders for shipping, reporting orders accurately, maintaining organization in the area, attention to details, time management and effective communication.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong desire to help and take ownership on seeing things through
  • Curious, with a desire to always learn more, including strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision
  • Effectively communicates, both written and verbally
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine manufacturing issues
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor/management.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Reading, writing and math skills equivalent to that identified by a High School Diploma or GED
  • Understand basic manufacturing process
  • Able to work with multiple priorities and people
  • Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, grasp and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 – 45 pounds frequently and to assist in team lifts at a higher weight.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime (including weekend shifts) as required when business volumes increase.
