Job description

Seasonal Production Associate - Legacy Production

Nationwide Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Production Associate to join our Legacy Production team. This position plays a key role in processing and preparing school photography products while ensuring production deadlines are met throughout our busy season.

No Benefits are available. 

Responsibilities

  • Review and upload SD cards from picture day events.
  • Review, edit, and process images using company software.
  • Label, border, and render class photos for online sales.
  • Maintain production workflows, queues, and deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality throughout all stages of image processing and production.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform accurate data entry and verify information before and after job processing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
