The Productionist has the responsibility to assist in any and all production task in the production area under the supervision and direction of the Production Manager.

To learn more about this position, please read a summarized list of duties below:

-Work in contract areas as assigned to ensure that production is completed, including counting, assembling packing, sealing andmaterial handling.
-Responsible for setting a pace to be maintained by the production line. Also responsible for recognizing situations that require the involvement of a supervisor.
-Conduct inventories under the direction of the Production Manager.
-Act as a positive role model for consumer trainees. Promote and maintain positive relationships with community contractors.

High school diploma or GED is preferred, no prior experience or training required. The ability to drive routes and operate a fork-lift is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
