What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Seasonal Production Associate typically refers to the probationary period during which an employee's performance is evaluated before becoming a permanent or full-time worker. Many employers use this period to assess skills, reliability, and fit for the role, often lasting around three months. After this time, employees may be eligible for benefits or continued employment depending on company policies.
