Position Overview
As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Production Line Operations: Work actively on production lines to manufacture and package high-quality fertilizer products.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, but we will train).
  • Safety & Quality Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortably navigate a physical workspace, which includes being on your feet, climbing multiple flights of stairs, getting on and off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Work comfortably in a variety of indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
Compensation & Hours
High-Earning Pay Structure
  • 1st Shift: $21.00 / hour
  • 2nd & 3rd Shifts: $22.00 / hour
  • Overtime (40+ hours): 1.5x regular pay rate
  • Sunday Shift: 2x regular pay rate
Typical Shift Schedules
Production roles generally run between 8 to 12 hours a day. Shift times vary by department, but standard hours are:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Note on Schedule & Seasonal Peak: Mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required. Our busiest peak season runs from October through March, during which you should expect to work 1 to 2 weekends per month.
