Job Summary:
Agile Defense is a company focused on adaptive innovation to support national missions through advanced technologies. They are seeking an Intermediate Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and Power Platform solutions, while also serving as the SharePoint Administrator and collaborating with customers to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement programming technologies (such as C#, HTML, JavaScript) for web-based applications tied to a SQL Server backend.
โ€ข Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate business processes.
โ€ข Serve as the SharePoint Administrator, responsible for the implementation, assessment, and support of new and existing capabilities in SharePoint Online (SPO).
โ€ข Maintain SharePoint permissions for all sites and provide technical support for any tools created in SPO.
โ€ข Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from discovery and requirements gathering to build, test, and deployment.
โ€ข Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, conduct demos, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
โ€ข Handle application deployment to IIS web and application servers.
โ€ข Provide advice, guidance, and training to end-users on SharePoint and other developed solutions.
โ€ข Create, maintain, and support clear and comprehensive system documentation.
โ€ข Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and provide advice on industry best practices.
โ€ข Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start
โ€ข Required Certification(s): CISSP-ISSAP
โ€ข Bachelors in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering OR CISSP-ISSAP certification
โ€ข 2 years of experience with BS/BA, 4 years of experience with AA/AS, 6 years of experience with no degree
โ€ข Skilled in C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, REST, and SQL.
โ€ข Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online (SPO).
โ€ข Experience designing and developing Canvas Power Apps.
โ€ข Experience using Power Automate to create workflows.
โ€ข Knowledge of relational database concepts and GIT or other source control software.
โ€ข Familiarity with Modern UI design and strong site-design instincts.
โ€ข Ability to collaborate with customers to gather use-case requirements and translate them into effective applications.
โ€ข Must be able to design, develop, troubleshoot, and implement quality code for multiple projects.
โ€ข Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and provide training to technical and non-technical users.
โ€ข Must work well with other team members and independently to achieve goals.
