Are you an administrative professional who enjoys supporting employees and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment?
If so, we are looking for a Seasonal Staffing Services Specialist to serve as a key resource for our Goodwill Staffing Services (GSS) business line. This temporary role will focus on delivering a positive and consistent experience for all GSS team members and will support the business needs of the GSS division.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for GSS inquiries and provide guidance on available organization resources
  • Maintain accurate team member records within HR and Applicant Tracking systems
  • Manage onboarding for all GSS team members, including interns, and respond to queries in a timely manner to enhance the on-boarding experience
  • Order background checks for all new hires and partner with HR to review results requiring additional evaluation
  • Administer drug testing processes, as needed
  • Track completion of mandatory trainings and follow up to ensure compliance
  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring accurate HR system updates and assignment end dates
  • Serve as a backup resource for the Recruitment Team

What We are Looking For
  • At least two years of administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse constituent population
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
  • Ability to travel to off-site locations as business needs dictate
  • Experience in a staffing services or human resources environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS is a plus
