Rooted in the vibrant food cultures of Turkey, Italy, France, Malta, Greece, Spain, and Morocco, Pinyon brings a fresh, sophisticated approach to coastal Mediterranean dining.

Set along the park with a welcoming patio for alfresco dining, Pinyon invites guests to enjoy cocktails, spritzes, house-made pita, crudos, pasta, seasonal salads, spreads, dips, and dishes cooked over open flame. Our kitchen is driven by precision, passion, and an obsession with quality.

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guestsย 
  • Shucking oysters at a steady pace with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality presentation for our guests.ย 
  • Curate and craft dishes that reflect the restaurant's elegant, contemporary style.ย 
  • Foster a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere through impeccable service and culinary expertise.ย 
  • Keeps work areas and food storage areas, clean and safe at all timesย 
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about oyster varieties, seasonal availability, and sourcing
  • Engage with guests when applicable in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products and answering any questions guests may have
  • Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and proceduresย
