Job description

Weston Tennis Center in Weston, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Pro Shop/Membership Manager! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages membership prospecting and lead generation
  • Creates a membership action plan and goals
  • Manages membership cancellations, freezes, and changes of membership
  • Ensures an upbeat and safe environment for the enjoyment of the membership and staff at all times
  • Ensures compliance with club rules by members and staff
  • Protects the confidentiality and privacy of the membership
  • Supervises and provides regular training to pro shop attendants so that all pro shop operations run seamlessly
  • Oversees and reviews POS reports daily to ensure transactions are properly entered and resolves any POS issues and questions
  • Reconciles and makes weekly deposits following the deposit procedure
  • Manages collections by following up on chargebacks, NSF charges, and nonmember charges on accounts
  • Performs other duties as required
