We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Seasonal General Manager to join our team this Summer 2026.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Facility Management
      • Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
      • Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
      • Develop efficient operating procedures.
    • Customer Service
      • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for members, guests, and visitors.
      • Address member concerns, maintain strong relationships, and resolve issues promptly.
      • Conduct member engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction.
    • Staff Supervision
      • Recruit, train, and supervise a team, offering ongoing coaching and feedback.
      • Manage summer staff schedules and conduct regular meetings to address operational concerns.
    • Programming and Events
      • Assist in developing diverse programs and events, collaborating with professionals, such as instructors and trainers, to offer high-quality classes, workshops, and activities for the summer.
      • Coordinate event logistics and communicate offerings to members.
      • Collect feedback to enhance programming.
    • Administrative Support
      • Manage budget and financial transactions.
      • Maintain member records and prepare amenity usage and satisfaction reports.
      • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote services and programs.

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
      • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a customer service setting.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and member satisfaction.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
      • Knowledge of facility management, health and safety regulations, and event planning.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
