Bridger Aerospace is an aerial firefighting company based in Belgrade, Montana, located at the Bozeman Yellowstone Airport (KBZN). It was founded in 2014 to support front-line firefighters with world-leading technology and aerial fire suppression systems. We have grown from operating a single plane to commanding a significant Air Attack and the largest Super Scooper fleet in the U.S. in less than eight years.Bridger is a leader in fighting wildfires, specializing in Air Attack, Fire Suppression, and Aerial Fire-Mapping technologies. Meeting the needs of the growing threat of economic and environmental damage caused by wildfires and supporting ground-based firefighters is our priority.

About the Role

Bridger is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our Facilities Support Technician position. The Facilities Support Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across all assigned facilities while supporting the Facilities Technician and Ground Support Equipment Technicians. This role supports daily operations by performing routine and scheduled cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and identifying and communicating maintenance issues that may impact safety, functionality, or productivity. The Facilities Support Technician will also serve as a backup resource for grounds maintenance activities as needed, assisting with the upkeep and appearance of company property, outdoor work areas, and common spaces. This position is based at Bridger Aerospace Headquarters in Belgrade, Montana, and is full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Cleaning & Sanitation

Sweep, mop, and vacuum hard floors and carpeted areas.

Empty, clean, and reline trash and recycling bins.

Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, floors, and fixtures.

Wipe and sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, railings, counters).

Clean breakrooms, kitchens, coffee stations, and common-use areas.

Facility Appearance & Upkeep

Dust surfaces, vents, ledges, and equipment areas.

Restock consumables such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products.

Clean interior windows, glass doors, and partitions.

Maintain orderly storage of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.

Use of Equipment & Safety

Operate vacuums, floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and similar equipment safely.

Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.

Ensure chemicals are handled, stored, and labeled correctly.

Report spills, hazards, broken equipment, or maintenance issues immediately.

Scheduled / Deep Cleaning

Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including:

oCarpet extraction

oFloor stripping, waxing, and buffing

oHigh-dusting

oVent and intake cleaning

oInterior window cleaning

Assist with seasonal cleaning, special projects, and event setup/tear-down.

Grounds Maintenance Support Duties:

Provide backup support for grounds maintenance activities across company facilities and properties.

Assist with lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, watering, and general landscape upkeep.

Support seasonal grounds maintenance tasks, including snow removal, ice mitigation, leaf collection, and debris cleanup.

Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Help ensure safe pedestrian and vehicle access during adverse weather conditions.

Perform other grounds, facility, and general maintenance duties as assigned.

Workplace Amenities:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of coffee, beverages, snacks, and related consumable supplies.

Job Requirements:

Custodial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

Grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, kneel, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented

Able to work safely around active operations and equipment

Must be available to work outside of standard business hours

Valid drivers license
