Summary:
The Seasonal Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support across multiple departments, including Human Resources, Payroll, and Operations. This role assists with data entry, employee support, recordkeeping, and day-to-day office tasks to ensure efficient operations during the busy season.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
โข Provide administrative support to HR, Payroll, and other departments as needed.
โข Assist with onboarding processes, including collecting and organizing new hire paperwork.
โข Enter and maintain accurate employee and payroll data in company systems.
โข Support payroll processing by verifying timecards and assisting with data entry.
โข Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
โข Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, policies, and general inquiries.
โข Assist with scheduling, tracking, and documentation of trainings.
โข Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
โข Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support.
โข Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
โข Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
โข Assist other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
โข Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
โข Strong organizational and time management skills.
โข High attention to detail and accuracy.
โข Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
โข Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
โข Strong communication and customer service skills.
โข Experience in office setting
โข Reliable and responsible

โข Fast-paced, seasonal workload with varying priorities.
Physical Requirements:
โข Ability to sit, stand and use a computer for extended periods
โข Able to lift objects of up to 20 lbs.
