Your Role
This is an opportunity to be part of PINK concept process and help steer where we go next. This role plays a key part in developing the PINK brands seasonal color concepts, from research, trend forecasting, color storytelling to hands-on color mood boards and color palettes creation in physical and digital formats. This person is highly creative with a great eye for color, fashion and consumer trends. With an ability to keep their finger on the pulse of what is new and next and can translate trend and runway inspiration into commercially viable products. Demonstrates a passion for PINK and possesses an understanding of our customer and how the color and trends connect back to our business through a variety of lens. Knowledge of all Adobe creative suite applications. Can take direction to create aesthetically pleasing and clear documents for presentations and special projects. Is a self-starter who understands how to get work done in short intervals for delivery milestones.
Your Impact
  • Research current and future color and fashion trends in the intimates, apparel and accessories markets.

  • Track seasonal color by reviewing trend forecasting reports, fashion shows, and competitor product offerings.

  • Create color mood boards, trends and runway reports in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Color matching to company color standards, ongoing management and organization of various color tools

  • Physical and digital palette creation in InDesign and Illustrator

  • Collaborate with the Concept Team to ensure research aligns with the broader brand initiatives.

  • Work cross functionally with conceptual print & graphics team to incorporate color into seasonal presentations

  • Manage creation and distribution of all visual presentation tools and assets

  • Work cross functionally with merchant teams to understand seasonal focuses.

Your Experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A passion for fashion, color, and trends

  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage large scope of digital and physical color mediums

  • Understanding of color theory and its application in fashion

  • Experience with presentation design

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Ability to excel in a fast-pace agile work environment

  • A proactive positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience
