Nazareth Prep High School Cheerleading Coach
Position: Cheerleading Coach
Department: Athletics
Reports To: Athletic Director
Employment Status: Seasonal/Stipend Position
Position Summary

Nazareth Prep is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated High School Cheerleading Coach to lead and develop a successful cheer program. The coach will promote school spirit, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and respect while providing a safe and positive experience for all student-athletes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct practices and game-day performances.
  • Coach and develop student-athletes in cheerleading skills, stunting, and safety.
  • Promote teamwork, leadership, discipline, and school pride.
  • Supervise athletes during practices, games, competitions, and school events.
  • Ensure compliance with all school and athletic department policies.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and the Athletic Director.
  • Maintain equipment and assist with uniforms and program organization.
  • Serve as a positive role model who supports the mission and values of Nazareth Prep.
  • Previous cheerleading coaching or cheerleading experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cheerleading safety, stunting, and skill development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass all required background clearances.
