Seasonal Business refers to temporary employment tied to specific seasons or events, often in outdoor or high-traffic environments. Retail Associate roles are typically year-round or seasonal retail jobs focused on customer service within stores. While both involve customer interaction, Seasonal Business jobs are more variable and location-specific, whereas Retail Associate positions are more standardized and indoors. Understanding these differences helps job seekers find roles that match their skills and availability.

What are some jobs that are seasonal?

Seasonal jobs include positions such as retail sales associates during holidays, agricultural workers during harvest seasons, lifeguards in summer, ski instructors in winter, and event staff for festivals or concerts. These roles often require specific skills, certifications, or training and typically follow a predictable schedule aligned with peak demand periods.
